The Fairy tale is about a girl going to Paris and working in a shoe shop with her cursed step brother. It was performed by Hazel Evans and Michele O'Brien, The duo wrote the story themselves. The tale was very good. At the beginning of the performance they taught the audience some French terms but I didn't think this was needed because the terms they taught weren't used much.
The duo spoke a lot of French in the performance which was smashing to hear. It was a very up to date theatre performance using technology and the crowd well, unfortunately at the end the technology didn't work but that was out of their control but the performers done really well to improvise. They both got the audience involved in the performance which was lovely to see. The duo worked really well together. Michele O'Brien delivered most of the comedy and Hazel Evans told the story. The show was funny and contained lots of humor without being silly. The shoes used in the performance looked fantastic in the shop and some even smelled like brie making it interactive for the audience even if it was the worst smell ever.
All in all a good up to date piece of creative theatre for the whole family to enjoy. 8/10
